    Generative AI Engineer

    Product work with generative AI: conversational agents, retrieval over proprietary documentation and integration with the company's business systems.

    • Engineered a complex Conversational AI Agent with a fully interactive UI using LangGraph and LangChain, orchestrating autonomous workflows for business decision-making.
    • Designed and implemented RAG systems: ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, retrieval strategies and answer grounding.
    • Integrated and benchmarked proprietary and open-source LLMs; model selection based on quality, latency and cost constraints.
    • Deployed scalable AI microservices on AWS, ensuring high availability and integration with existing cloud infrastructure.
    • Collaborated on a custom ERP development; delivered AI-enabled features aligned with business workflows.
    • Built an intelligent email automation system for the ERP, handling template generation, routing rules and event-driven scheduling.
